No quiero que se convierta en costumbre usar antiguas cabeceras de mi web para participar en Illustration Friday, pero es que en esta ocasión tenía un par muy adecuadas y, de nuevo, poco tiempo para hacer algo nuevo.
I don’t want to be an habit to participate in Illustration Friday with old heads of my web, but, as usual, I haven’t had time enough to do something new, and two of them fitted very well with the topic.

Otra vez me se me ha echado el tiempo encima y no he podido hacer una nueva ilustración para el tema de esta semana de Illustration Friday: Flying. Por suerte, tenía la que fue portada de mi web la pasada primavera.
Once again, I ran out of time and could not submit an illustration for Illustration Friday: Flying. Luckily I had the one that I used for my web in Spring.

Esta semana no me ha resultado difícil decidir qué hacer para el tema de Illustration Friday: Pattern. Hace tiempo que tengo el proyecto de ilustrar un abecedario, y para la letra e ya había hecho un estampado.
It hasn’t been difficult for me to decide what to do with the Illustration Friday topic: Pattern. Long ago I have the project of illustrating an alphabet, and I have already made a pattern (in Spanish, estampado) for the letter e.

En esta ocasión no he hecho una nueva ilustración para Illustration Friday, sino que he tomado una de mi portafolios que es perfecta para el tema Magnificar.
I haven’t made a new illustration for Illustration Friday this time, but I’ve taken this one from my portfolio, because it perfectly fits with the topic Magnify.

Tal vez la llamada de la mujer envuelta en la toalla explique la impaciencia del protagonista de mi anterior ilustración.
Perhaps the phone calling of the woman wrapped in a towel could explain the impatience of the character in my previous illustration.

He descubierto otro blog para ilustradores: Illustration Friday. Su principal diferencia con La Puerta de Tannhaüser consiste en lo abstracto de los temas que plantean (esta semana, por ejemplo, es la impaciencia). Me gustaría aprovechar esa característica, así como su periodicidad semanal, para imponerme una disciplina de trabajo que me sirva para explorar y ejercitar un modo rápido de trabajar.
